Entries are not required to be registered with an importer or distributed in Texas. However, we strongly advise against entering if you do not have a US importer due to the current challenges many are facing with customs clearance, combined with the high level of backlog of approvals as a result of the US government shutdown. We hope this situation resolves soon, and we appreciate your understanding during this difficult time.
